TBF’s Golf Tournament Fundraiser
Please join us and tee off at Lyman Orchards Golf Club in Middlefield, CT!
Registration, breakfast, & access to the driving range & putting green opens at 7:30am, with shotgun tournament kicking off at 9:00am.
Your registration includes 18 holes of golf, canopied golf carts with GPS, breakfast, lunch, & buffet reception, gift bags, a 6″ personal pie from Lyman Orchards, one complimentary drink ticket, and access to a full cash bar (debit, credit, & Apple Pay accepted).
APPROPRIATE GOLF ATTIRE IS REQUIRED

**If you’re interested in supporting the event but don’t golf, there’s also an option to register for just breakfast & buffet reception. This food-only option allows you to join us for the meal portions of the day while cheering on participants & supporting a meaningful cause!
The Boulanger Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working globally to serve families in need by providing access to essential resources, health care, and humanitarian support.
Our mission is to restore dignity, deliver hope, and improve the quality of life for underserved families around the world.
Through medical assistance, food security efforts, and compassionate outreach, we support communities where basic needs and life-saving treatments are often out of reach.
To date, we’ve served over 1,500 families—providing everything from transportation and utility support to critical health care and food aid. In one of our largest outreach efforts, we supported more than 500 individuals in a single day through dental care, food distribution, and wellness services.
