ARCA is a non-profit rehabilitation facility for men struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. For over 35 years, this home has been providing assistance to families in need without relying on state funding. Operating solely on donations, ARCA was established by the grandmother of our co-founder, Lygia Boulanger. The Boulanger Foundation has shown its support by providing food supplies that are expected to last for at least six months during their visits in both 2021 and 2023!
